  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon worshtershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Jasmine rice, cooked according to package directions

For the toppings

  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • sliced red onions
  • Big Mac sauce (see note 1)

Instructions

  • Brown the Beef: Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well to coat.
  • Prepare the Base: Spoon warm jasmine rice into each bowl to create the base of your cheeseburger bowl.
  • Add the Beef and Toppings: Top the rice with a generous scoop of the seasoned ground beef, then cheese, and your toppings of choice. Finish with a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce. Top your bowl with sesame seeds and enjoy!
