- 2 8 oz blocks cream cheese
- 2 pounds breakfast sausage
- 2 cans tomatoes with green chilles, undrained
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Brown the sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.
