Healthy Latte : Egg Yolk Coffee + Liver-Supporting Drink
Enjoy a nutrient-dense, healthy latte made with egg yolk coffee, collagen, and a touch of maple syrup. This liver-supporting drink can be made with brewed coffee or caffeine-free Teecino dandelion tea.

- 1 cup hot brewed coffee or teecino herbal tea
- 1 pasture raised egg yolk optional
- 1 tbs maple syrup, honey, or sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup warm milk, half-and-half, or nut milk
- 1 scoop grass-fed collagen optional
In your mug, whisk together the egg yolk, sweetener, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and slightly frothy.
Slowly pour in the warm milk, whisking constantly so the yolk blends in and doesn’t scramble. The mixture should turn silky and creamy.
Add your hot coffee or Teecino dandelion tea, continuing to stir until everything is fully combined.
For extra froth, you can use a milk frother or handheld blender instead of a spoon.
If you’d like a protein boost, stir in one scoop of grass-fed collagen at the end.
