This week’s meal plan is here to help simplify dinnertime and take some of the daily decision-making off your plate. Below you’ll find four nourishing, family-friendly dinners, each linked directly to the full recipe, along with one sourdough bread option to round out the week. Think of this post as your little home base for the week: choose your meals, shop once, and cook with confidence knowing everything works together to nourish you and your family from the inside out.

I typically cook every other night, making each meal in a larger batch so we can enjoy leftovers the following evening. That means fewer nights in the kitchen, less cleanup, and built-in nights off from cooking without sacrificing wholesome, homemade food. You can follow the plan exactly as written or mix and match to fit your schedule, but the goal is the same: easier evenings and a well-fed table.

(We call that a mom-win around here.)
