How to Make Tart Cherry Gummies

Step one: Measure 2 cups of tart cherry juice. Sprinkle 44 grams of beef gelatin on top and wait about 10 minutes for it to bloom.

(Blooming is the process of hydrating gelatin granules so they dissolve evenly and work properly in recipes. You’ll know it’s ready when you don’t see any loose gelatin powder and the juice has become bumpy and solid.)
