Strawberry Lemon Chamomile Mocktail

Light, refreshing, and naturally soothing, this Strawberry Lemon Chamomile Tea Mocktail combines fruity sweetness with calming floral notes. Freeze-dried strawberries, zesty lemon juice, and chilled chamomile tea come together to create the perfect mineral-rich treat—ideal for warm days or unwinding.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 chamomile tea bags (or 1 tablespoon loose chamomile tea leaves)
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 4 teaspoon freeze-dried strawberry powder (see note)
  • 2 tbs lemon juice or ½ tablespoon lemon powder (about ½ a large lemon)
  • 1-2 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 3 frozen strawberries (for garnish, (optional))

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized, heat-proof pitcher, place chamomile tea bags or dried chamomile flowers, strawberry powder, lemon juice, sea salt, cream of tartar, and honey.
  • Pour three cups of boiled water over the chamomile tea mixture.
  • Steep for 10 minutes.
  • Fill a large glass with ice.
  • Strain tea through a fine-mesh strainer over the ice.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

To make strawberry powder, blend freeze-dried strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
