Light, refreshing, and naturally soothing, this Strawberry Lemon Chamomile Tea Mocktail combines fruity sweetness with calming floral notes. Freeze-dried strawberries, zesty lemon juice, and chilled chamomile tea come together to create the perfect mineral-rich treat—ideal for warm days or unwinding.
4teaspoonfreeze-dried strawberry powder (see note)
2tbslemon juice or ½ tablespoon lemon powder(about ½ a large lemon)
1-2teaspoonhoney
¼tsp cream of tartar
pinch of sea salt
3frozen strawberries (for garnish, (optional))
Instructions
In a medium-sized, heat-proof pitcher, place chamomile tea bags or dried chamomile flowers, strawberry powder, lemon juice, sea salt, cream of tartar, and honey.
Pour three cups of boiled water over the chamomile tea mixture.
Steep for 10 minutes.
Fill a large glass with ice.
Strain tea through a fine-mesh strainer over the ice.

Notes
To make strawberry powder, blend freeze-dried strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
