Ingredients
- 2 chamomile tea bags (or 1 tablespoon loose chamomile tea leaves)

- 2 tbs lemon juice or 1/2 tbsp lemon powder (about 1/2 a large lemon)
- 1-2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- pinch of sea salt
- 3 frozen strawberries (for garnish, (optional))
Instructions
- In a medium-sized, heat-proof pitcher, place chamomile tea bags or dried chamomile flowers, strawberry powder, lemon juice, sea salt, cream of tartar, and honey.
- Pour three cups of boiled water over the chamomile tea mixture.
- Steep for 10 minutes.
- Fill a large glass with ice.
- Strain tea through a fine-mesh strainer over the ice.
